aRomAT updated to v0.16
- fixed loading dumps from DumpROM by Zorn, but be noticed: if you using this romdump ported file can be wrong. It caused by wrong romdump filesize.
Please prefer to use romdumpplus from RomPatcher+ by Il.Socio
